Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Sr Software Engineer to be part of an application development team tasked with building and maintaining mission critical apps for customers. This role is also expected to be able to support and switch between various projects, so organization is a key skill required. The ideal candidate will be a Sr Web Developer that has significant experience architecting and building production-grade products in React within small, high-paced teams.

Job Details
We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Senior Software Engineer who can bring their expertise to our highly skilled technology team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing software solutions that will revolutionize our industry. This is a permanent role that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
- Review and debug code.
- Perform validation and verification testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
- Document development phases and monitor systems.
- Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
- Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks/systems (e.g. Django/Python, Flask/Python).
- Experience with front-end development using React, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
- Experience with databases like MongoDB.
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- TS / SCI, TS Clearance is required.
