Senior Software Engineer, Python, DeFi

Job Description

We are actively searching for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our team on a permanent basis. In this position, you will support the development of our on-chain treasury management product. A strong candidate will have a passion for building DeFi solutions and have core strength in Python. Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality and robust software solutions for our treasury management platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of new features
• Actively participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and maintaining high coding standards
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Core strength in Python
• Strong understanding of EVM protocols and ideally some experience developing DeFi solutions
• Experience with version control systems (i.e., git)
• Strong communication skills (especially written) and the ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related Field preferred
