Senior Software Engineer - C++ / Python

The ASML division in San Jose, CA, creates the Tachyon Flex platform for semiconductor manufacturing.

Job mission

• In the software research and development (R&D) team, you will develop high quality software in C++, Python, and contribute to all phases of the development process.
• You will be responsible for independently developing and testing algorithms.

Role and responsibilities

• Developing algorithms in C++ to improve runtime and accuracy of applications.
• Integrating algorithms into modules for distributed computing systems.
• Integrating open source libraries like OpenCV or Tensorflow.
• Writing unit tests for algorithms and modules.

Education and experience

• Phd or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electric Engineering, physics, or related areas.
• Three or more years of experience in C++ Object-Oriented Software Development.
• Experience in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience in Multi-threaded/Parallel Applications.
• Familiarity with UNIX environment and scripting languages.
