Senior Python/React Engineer

Job Description

A Senior Python/React Engineer is urgently sought after by a leading global Investment Manager. You will work in the Front Office Portfolio Management function, contributing to a greenfield cloud-hosted Portfolio Management platform. This role involves hands-on work with React and Python, contributing to design/architecture, code analysis/review, and improving CI/CD pipelines and testing.

To Be Successful, You Will Require The Following

• A strong background in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript with React.
• Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Flask, NumPy, Pandas, and Redux.
• Knowledge of Microservices and APIs.
• An Agile mindset, following TDD/BDD and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud development using AWS.
• Background in developing high-performance Front Office trading systems.
