Your Role
- Develop and enhance the platform using advanced software practices and methodologies
- Participate in requirements engineering, ensuring alignment with the Disciplined Agile principles
- Collaborate with CRX teams to design interfaces for inter-service interaction.
- Design at both high- and low-levels, create prototypes, and join in reviews
- Uphold top-tier Testing & Quality Assurance standards, utilizing unit testing, integration testing, and other validation methods
- Lead and engage in Code Reviews, promoting continuous improvement, best practices, and collaborative learning
- Research & evaluate new technologies for potential integration into our platform
- Mentor junior team members to elevate the team’s performance
Your Profile
- Excellent programming aptitude and the capacity for logical and abstract thinking
- A team player dedicated to delivering outstanding results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Comprehensive knowledge in technologies for building full stack web services in Python:
- REST Web Frameworks (Django)
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Templating engine (jinja)
- Distributed processing (Celery)
- Messaging (Kafka or similar)
- Containers and orchestration (Docker, K8s, etc.)
- Architectural patterns (microservices, message queues, integration, etc.)
- Proficiency with a JavaScript frontend stack, such as React, is a plus
