Position: Hybrid

Role: Director of Development for Fixed Income/Financial Services

Architecture and development of robust Python and Java applications for fixed income trading platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring software solutions align with business needs.
Design and implement scalable and efficient code for pricing models, risk analytics, and trading algorithms specific to fixed income products.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to fixed income markets to enhance and optimize software solutions.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of developed applications.
Work closely with quantitative analysts and traders to translate complex financial concepts into effective software solutions.

Proven experience in architecture and development of Python/Java applications with a focus on fixed income markets.
Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, including bonds, derivatives, and associated financial models.
Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Experience with distributed systems, data structures, and algorithm design.
Familiarity with financial libraries and tools for pricing and risk management in fixed income.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
