Senior Python Developer - AI/ML Specialization

Responsibilities

• Spearheaded the development and training of custom AI/ML models, with an emphasis on Llama models for a variety of applications.
• Develop, test, and debug software applications using Python.
• Write scalable and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
• Strong knowledge with utilizing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and ORMs like SQL Alchemy.
• Work with Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Proficiently use SQL and interact with RDBMS systems like SQL Server.
• Collaborate with teams using Git and JIRA for version control and project management.
• Architect and implement chatbots for diverse use cases, prioritizing seamless integration and exemplary user experiences.
• Lead projects on image processing and generative AI, transforming innovative concepts into tangible solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requisites and deliver AI/ML solutions that achieve business goals.
• Remain at the cutting edge of AI/ML technology, fostering a culture of continuous innovation in line with Atyantiks core value of relentless innovation.
• Mentor and nurture junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
• Play an active role in the recruitment process to assemble a robust AI/ML team, aligning with the company’s objectives for growth and innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Python programming
• Strong knowledge of Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy
• Experience in frameworks like Django, Flask, or any other web frameworks
• Experience in UI library or Framework such as React, Angular or Vue (Preferred React)
• Proficient with Data structures and Collections
• Experience in Relational (MySQL, Postgres) and No SQL (Cassandra, Mongo) database technologies
• Experience in designing and developing distributed & scalable systems using OOPS and/or Functional programming
• Experience in Distributed Computing and High Velocity data processing
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git etc.
