Responsibilities

• Ownership of architectural designs & solutions.
• Development of cutting-edge cloud products.
• Guiding a variety of exciting projects.
• Support and mentor more junior team members.
• Push boundaries within existing technology, while also creating and implementing new technology.

Requirements

• Higher Degree in Computer Science, Engineering / similar or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years hands-on Python experience in a commercial setting.
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework.
• Linux / Unix experience.
• Familiarity with defining and implementing API's.
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript and HTML5.
• Experience with Django, Boto3, AWS would be beneficial.
• A strong self-starter, with the confidence to lead a small team.
