Technical Autonomy and Growth Opportunities
Wider environment is heavy in Kafka with rabbitMQ and zeroMQ in play as well. Private cloud mixed with on prem and bare-metal Kubernetes. Autonomy around technical decision making is yours, with the ability to grow into a lead engineering position. You'll set strategy, drive architecture, and ensure documentation is up to the standard that you set.
The team will upskill from your knowledge, with your support and guidance paramount to the overall success of your colleagues. The company themselves are cross functional, so there are loads of opportunities to get stuck into challenges.
