Senior Fullstack Python/Django Developer

We are Virtualmind, an awesome team of engineers who are ready to ramp up any top-notch company's projects! Our aim? To always be one step ahead. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Python / Django Developer to join our growing team and work on our SaaS platform in the ticket management industry. The core Django app is used to process millions of invoices and purchases for our customers in the secondary-ticketing industry and the person filling this role will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on its growth.

Do you have what it takes?

• 5+ years experience in Python, with at least 3 years working with one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)
• 3+ years experience with SQL, with familiarity on one of (Postgres, MSSQL, MySQL)
• 2+ years experience using cloud hosting providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Knowledge of Celery or other async task frameworks
• Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD processes and platforms
• Experience with Docker or other virtualization technologies
• Experience with queue management solutions (AWS SQS, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with a front-end Javascript framework (Vue, React, etc)
• Experience with customer invoicing and subscription solutions (Stripe, Recurly, etc)
• Experience with modern data warehouse technologies
