What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Agile teams in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Work on full-stack development tools and technologies with a team of experienced developers.
• Utilize Java, Scala, Python, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and Cloud-based warehousing services.
• Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor other team members.
• Deliver cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experiences and financial empowerment.
• Conduct unit tests and code reviews to ensure performance and quality.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 4 years of application development experience
• At least 1 year of experience in big data technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
• 2+ years of experience with public clouds like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• 3+ years experience with Distributed data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
• 2+ years working on real-time data and streaming applications
• 2+ years of experience with NoSQL databases and data warehousing (Redshift or Snowflake)
• 3+ years of UNIX/Linux experience with basic commands and shell scripting
• 2+ years of Agile engineering practices

Salary Information

Minimum and maximum annual salaries for Senior Data Engineer:

• New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $165,100 - $188,500
• San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $174,900 - $199,700
