Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
• Work with a team experienced in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems
• Utilize programming languages like Java, Scala, Python, and Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Mentor other members of the engineering community and stay updated on tech trends
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for financial empowerment

Qualifications

• Basic: Bachelor's Degree; 4 years of application development experience; 1 year of big data technologies experience
• Preferred: 5+ years of application development including Python, SQL, Scala, or Java; 2+ years of public cloud experience; 3+ years of distributed data/computing tools experience; 2+ years of real-time data and streaming applications experience; 2+ years of NoSQL implementation experience; 2+ years of data warehousing experience; 3+ years of UNIX/Linux experience; 2+ years of Agile engineering practices experience

Salary Information

• New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $165,100 - $188,500 for Senior Data Engineer
• San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $174,900 - $199,700 for Senior Data Engineer
