Senior Backend Developer Role
As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll join a dynamic cross-functional team dedicated to crafting cutting-edge digital business transformation solutions for our valued clients. Here's your chance to truly make a difference through crafting innovative solutions and proactive problem-solving within the product offerings of globally renowned brands. We are looking for highly-skilled Sr. back-end developers with a focus on Python, Golang, and CLI who will be developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining central databases using Golang.
Requirements
- Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
- Play a key role in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Python and GoLang based applications
- Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
- Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
- Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
- Lead projects independently

Qualifications
- Minimum requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 10+ years of experience in backend development with Python, Golang, and CLI (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Experience working with a production quality Golang codebase
- Proficient with Golang programming language, paradigms, constructs, and patterns
- Development and implementation of complex Python applications
- Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Proficient in multiple back-end programming languages like Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, .NET, Golang, etc.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture
- Excellent reasoning, analytical, consultative, and communication skills
