QA Tester - Python

Responsibilities:

• Device test automation using Python scripts
• Utilize in-house test automation frameworks to automate the manual test cases for consumer electronics device
• Extend the test automation framework for specific requirements
• Understand the existing manual test cases and be able to quickly translate them to automated test cases
• Implementing best practices, new tools and technology to automate the manual test cases

Requirements:

• Maintain test infrastructure and testbeds to achieve high stability and availability of the testbeds
• Creating/updating designs using AutoCAD / SolidWorks
• BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience of writing test scripts and API test automation in Python
• Years of relevant experience
• Python programming
• Android testing
• Experience developing test automation for consumer electronics devices
• Android adb commands and log analysis experience
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Good verbal and written communication skills
