Job Description

Title: Software Engineer (Python/PySpark Engineer)

Location: Uptown Charlotte (3 days a week)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Python and PySpark to develop and maintain data pipelines.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of software engineering principles in Python.
• Conduct interviews with candidates, focusing on their Python programming skills and software engineering knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize T-SQL queries for performance.
• Work with large datasets in a high-volume enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming beyond scripting, with a focus on software engineering in a PySpark environment.
• Strong understanding of T-SQL concepts, particularly in performance tuning.
• Experience working in large enterprise companies with massive datasets.
