Job Opportunity: Part-time Python Tutor

We are seeking a part-time Python tutor to teach middle and high school students during the summer of 2024 (July-August), with the possibility of continuing into the fall. The ideal candidate will be a college/graduate student or a STEAM teacher with experience in teaching programming to younger students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging Python lessons tailored to middle and high school students.
• Provide hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning.
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably to middle or high school students.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching.

Schedule

Summer 2024 (July-August), with potential continuation into the fall.
