Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 engineers.
• Manage projects from greenfield stage to production.
• Champion best practices and provide innovative solutions to business problems.

Additional Duties

• Contribute to a culture of innovation and be a lead Python developer.
• Mentor junior Python engineers and support their development.
• Focus on project work and drive best practices.

Requirements

• Python development background.
• Strong understanding of serverless AWS technologies.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
