Job Description

Position: Investment Management - Front Office Development

Location: Midtown Atlanta

Relocation: Full paid relocation

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (flexible choice of days per week)

PTO: Unlimited

Compensation: $140K - $160K

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement

80% of the work will focus on new development, including:

  • Automated data integration processes
  • Framework for data validation
  • Integrations with 25+ third-party vendor products (trading, risk, etc.)

You will build proprietary and scalable solutions for Investment Management, such as:

  • Separately managed accounts (custom tax-managed equities, fixed income, traditional models)
  • Comprehensive portfolio management capabilities (construction, optimization, trade modeling, rebalancing equities portfolios)
  • Collaborate with front office (traders, portfolio managers who have development skills)

  • Git Java Spring

Required Skills & Experience

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years or more enterprise software development
  • Design, develop & improve data-intensive applications using Python
  • Relational Databases (SQL, Snowflake)
  • Understanding of Application Servers and Database Development, including data structures and algorithms
  • Understanding of cloud-native principles AWS, serverless architecture, lambda
  • TDD, Test Automation
  • GIT

Qualifications: Ability to clearly articulate the approach, process, and results in a front-facing environment. Excellent written and verbal skills. Responsibility, integrity, and a passion for your work.Must be willing to interact with others, share ideas, and work collectively. BS or MS, in computer science or related preferred, not required.
