About the Position
Stratacent is seeking for Python Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, coding, and deploying develop projects. Also responsible for debugging projects to ensure they function as intended. As a python developer, you'll work closely with other teams, including data collection and analytics, to help answer questions and provide insight.
Location - Dallas, TX
Hybrid role - 3 days in a week
Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable architecture and code.
- Ensure the best possible performance and quality of high scale web applications and services.
- Design and build highly performant function-based API's.
- Developing microservices using Node.js / python.
- Ensures all code has been unit tested prior to QA, including interfaces with other systems.
- Build and document secured APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
- Create security and data protection settings.
- Write technical documentation.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience as Full stack developer.
- 5+ years experience of back-end language, i.e, Python.
- Experience in data processing libraries like Pandas and frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Experience in building RESTful services using SOA architecture or any similar framework via API gateways.
- Experience developing business applications using various databases.
- Experience working with REST API's, code packages, deployment tools.
- 3+ years experience of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript - Angular, React, Node.js, XML, jQuery).
- Experience in React JS is a big plus.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented design and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and ability to communicate technical concepts.
