Python Engineering Lead

Job Description

Our client, an insurance firm, is seeking a Full-Stack Python Developer for an interesting Python Engineering Tech Lead position. The role involves 80% hands-on work and 20% leading and mentoring.

In this role, you will work alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and their Agile teams to identify areas for improvement across the company's platforms, systems, and tooling. The tech stack primarily includes Python and C#. You will be the go-to person on Python technology, mentoring and leading the team to create a collaborative and positive engineering environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Python and C#
• Background in insurance is an advantage
