If you’re a rising senior or recent graduate looking for an opportunity in Technology, apply to our 10-week program located in San Francisco, CA. The Internship Program offers hands-on experience, lunch & learns, and shadowing sessions.
What You'll Do
- You’ll be assigned a project to work on during the internship.
- You’ll collaborate with your team and other departments.
- You’ll showcase your project in a presentation.
- Engage with engineering and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and drive Engineering best practices.
About You
- Rising senior pursuing a computer science, engineering, or related degree.
- Experience with backend development using Python. Java knowledge is a plus!
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about Fintech, LendingClub, and changing the banking industry.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles.
- Inspired by testing, learning, and seeking new solutions.
- Passionate about solving customer problems and learning new technologies.
Work Location
San Francisco, CA.
We are currently working on a hybrid schedule with teams in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $32 hourly.
