Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong Python experience. Nice to have: Javascript, Matlab.
- Working expertise with Python libraries like pandas, numpy, and any common libraries. Should be able to find and use new libraries as required.
- Working expertise with python user interface, graphical or others. Eg. Tkinter, PyQt
- Working expertise with Python data visualization, Eg. Matplotlib
- Working expertise with Python databasing and data manipulation. Eg. Strong experience with pandas, working with large sets of data
- Should be proficient in Unix CLI and Windows shell as required.
- Should be able to provide clear documentation on individuals work contributions.
- Should be capable to work on both MAC and Windows operating systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for software design, and code debugging.
- Should be able to communicate effectively and positively
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
