Job Opportunity: Python Development Engineer
For the location in Munich we are looking for a Python Development Engineer (f/m/d). The jobholder works as a Python Development Engineer (f/m/d) and will support the design center Telecom & Navigation Processing Germany which specializes in high performance processing solutions for satellites. The research and development focus are satellite on-board processing applications, e.g. for future telecommunication or navigation payloads. The current position will support the on-going development of a Python test environment for the new generation of navigation on-board processor equipment.
Tasks
- Develop Python scripts within an existing Test software environment
- Test the scripts on the existing test environment Generation of the technical documentation
- Support of the Test campaign on the satellite product
VoraussetzungenRequirements
- Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Python, min. detailed knowledge
- Experience with Python programming is a must have
- Experience with Python development within a hardware test environment and the capability to transfer requirements and technical needs into a test application is required
- C/C++, would be a plus
- Linux, would be a plus
- Matlab, would be a plus
- MS-Office
- German, business fluent
