Responsibilities

Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities
Guide team members on technical aspects
Conduct reviews of technical documents and artefacts
Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of the project
Fill and ensure timesheets are completed and invoices are processed on time
Lead the customer interface for the project daily
Create functional and technical specification documents
Track open tickets/incidents and allocate resources
Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs
Promote team work and development of subordinates

Ensure all team members think of ways to do things faster, better, or in a more economic manner
Ensure the project complies with Software Quality Processes and timelines
Review functional and technical specification documents
Serve as the single point of contact for project stakeholders
Provide application production support as per process/RACI Matrix
