Description

Looking for someone who has worked on Test Data Management, if possible (there are lots of tools out there), TDM is a homegrown tool used by 120+ AWS hosted applications. 8 other developers on team. If they have done Python OOO programming and have worked on AWS data stores doing TDM produces copies of production data, mask it, and put into lower environments in usable format.

This team owns 3 platform services that are used by all other AppDev teams at Client for data migration. This role sits on the Test Data Management (TDM) team.

This person is responsible for:

• Developing/Building new features and patterns for Test Data Management tool in AWS.
• Build/Code REST API integrations between AWS Applications & TDM tool.
• 7+ years of experience with Python Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• 5+ years of experience with AWS Data stores – how to query, mask, move/migrate data across AWS accounts and from production to lower environments. RedShift, S3, DynamoDB.
• Working with serverless Lambda solutions on AWS.
• Operational Support – Bug fixes, Prod support for AppDev teams if issues occur with TDM.
• Full-Stack Developer/Eng – Python OOP, AWS services, Testing, Operations Support.
• CI/CD Pipelines – GitLab preferred, Jenkins is also used. IaC – Terraform preferred.

Experience

• Highly technical AWS Developer possessing 5+ years of IT platform implementation experience.
• Excellent Python skills with 5+ years of experience.
• Extensive application coding experience of OO Python based products in AWS and RestAPI creation.
• Experienced in designing and developing integrated solutions using the AWS services.
• Experience working on DevOps and Release Management and CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience with revision control source code repositories.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Willing to contribute and build, automate and innovate as a team member.

• Full stack application development.
