Key Responsibilities:
- Becoming an LLM wizard, designing and developing innovative AI-powered tools.
- Experimenting with the latest AI tools and integrating them seamlessly into existing systems.
- Mastering optimization and ensuring smooth operations across AWS.
What You Will Be Doing
Spearhead the creation and enhancement of autonomous training and onboarding platforms. Conduct hands-on experimentation with state-of-the-art AI technologies. Evaluate and refine AI solutions for superior performance and integration.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Routine maintenance of legacy systems. Endless meetings that hinder productivity; your time will be spent innovating and implementing.
Python Developer Key Responsibilities
The creation of AI-driven tools to automate tasks and streamline workflows, impacting the company's ability to innovate.
Basic Requirements
Professional experience leveraging LLMs. Proficiency in Python and API integration.

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position with a compensation level of $30 USD/hour or $60,000 USD/year. The position requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
