Position: Python Developer
Location: Hybrid - PITTSBURGH OR LAKE MARY –Need locals.
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
- No service now or ticketing experience necessary. They will be using servicenow but just for requests or changes.
- The Developer should successfully demonstrate an ability to code, test, develop, modify, implement and/or enhance an application.
- Must have a solid history of application development, support, modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Will be responsible for developing technical solutions utilizing new or existing applications to enhance business processes.
- Responsibilities may include systems support, testing, system management, reporting and technical documentation.
- Responsible for using existing and emerging technology platforms to design development and document detailed distributed applications.
Requirements
- Experienced python programmer
- Strong foundational knowledge of infrastructure information
- Knowledge of GIT, Jira
- Basic System Administration experience
- Understands unit testing and integration testing
- Understanding of networking
Responsibilities
- Experienced Python programmer to help develop and maintain a multiplatform service that will capture inventory, data, and submit to a web API
- Developer is required to write efficient coding and ensure small footprint of the processing
- Developer will be tasked with writing code to run on cloud platforms
