Job Description

• Develop and optimize low-latency trading algorithms.
• Implement and maintain robust trading systems and tools to support all aspects of the trading process.
• Collaborate with quants and traders to translate trading strategies into functional code.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimize systems for speed and efficiency.
• Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of all trading systems.
• Provide support for deployed systems, diagnosing and resolving issues rapidly.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in NumPy, Pandas, or similar libraries.
• Understanding of multi-threaded applications and performance optimization.
• Background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with real-time systems, preferably in finance or trading.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
