Our client is a leading investment bank seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Dash Enterprise, the premier data app platform for Python. This role involves developing and maintaining advanced financial analysis tools and applications to support our investment banking activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python programming, experience with Dash Enterprise, and a keen understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated data-driven apps using Python and Dash Enterprise.
• Collaborate with financial analysts and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Implement data visualization and analysis tools to support investment decisions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Manage data exchange between servers and users, with a focus on security and data protection.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free applications.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in data app development to continuously improve our platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with the Dash Enterprise framework.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment banking processes.
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with container based development based on Linux (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
