Cullerton Group Job Opportunity

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Python Developer (Analyst/Developer - Specialty 4) in Chicago, Peoria, or Colorado. The work will be done remotely. This is a long-term contract that can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $135,000/yr including benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401K, and holiday pay). Cullerton Group will provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize software for electrification initiatives.
• Contribute to simulation software enhancements and feature development.
• Analyze project requirements to estimate timeframes and resources.
• Collaborate daily with both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years with a Master's/Ph.D.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data processing (NumPy, pandas) and visualization tools (matplotlib, Plotly).
• Strong skills in SQL, Git, AWS, and Azure. Knowledge of Discrete Event Simulation is a plus.
• Exceptional Communication, Problem-solving, And Time Management Abilities.
