Company Overview: We are partnering with a leading Glasgow-based Fintech company in their pursuit of a Python Developer to join their growing tech team. Located at their cutting-edge tech hub just outside Glasgow, this dynamic team is spearheading multiple greenfield initiatives with a focus on low-latency solutions and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leveraging strong Python skills to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Demonstrating proficiency in tools and technologies such as Ansible, Microservices, RabbitMQ, Postgres, Kubernetes, or JavaScript.
• Collaborating within an Agile framework and contributing to CI/CD pipeline development.
• Potentially leading the establishment of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Substantial hands-on experience in Python development for commercial projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex processes effectively.
• A deep understanding of industry best practices and a proven track record in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Full-stack development experience is a plus.
