Job Description

• Python Developer Responsibilities:
  • Focus on modularization, deployment, data provision, and automation.
  • Work on user interface and technological aspects.
• Main Development Frameworks:
  • pandapower (Python-based)
  • PowerFactory

Tasks

• Development Tasks:
  • Build and maintain deployment pipelines (infrastructure as code).
  • Deploy Python services in Kubernetes.
  • Support Electrical Experts with Python expertise.
  • Implement technical solutions in collaboration with team members.
  • Focus on user-centric software design.
  • Troubleshoot coding problems.
  • Coach and train team members on development tools.

Skills

• Required Skills:
  • IT/tech-related academic degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Python coding experience.
  • Conceptual knowledge of software design patterns and continuous integration.
• Plus Skills:
  • Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and similar cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of web integration technologies such as REST and KAFKA.
  • Experience in the energy transmission/distribution sector and Grid Analysis/Calculation.
