Python Developer

Job Description

An automotive employer is looking for several Python Automation Developers for the Architecture and Software Platform Team. The Architecture and Software Platform group is responsible for the software platform that enables connectivity and advanced application features within the next generation of vehicles.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing functional and integration test plans for all components owned by the Software Platform group.
• Working as part of a high performing team and contributing ideas and solutions as part of daily work.
• Testing communication protocols such as CAN or LIN.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of software testing experience on embedded platform.
• Testing automation experience writing automated test scripts in Python from scratch.
• Experience building and setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience creating automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with build infrastructure and setting up testing environments.

Compensation

$30/hr - 55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
