Solid Python programming foundation - not necessarily a lengthy resume, but something solid to build upon.
AWS services, especially serverless (lambda, API gateway, event bridge, secrets manager, RDS, SNS).
Again, not critical for a more junior but hungry resource, as long as they have basic system admin experience.
If they used GCP or Azure, that could work too, since a lot of it translates from one platform to the other.
Sense of ownership, self-starter attitude, ability, and willingness to learn quickly.
Attention to detail, and good communication skills.
