Job Description

• Position: Python Developer with Telco background
• Company: Templeton and Partners
• Client: Global Client
• Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing applications using Django and Postgres
  • Supporting business requirements
• Location: London, Hybrid
• Contract: Inside IR35, 9 months with possibility to extend

Job Responsibilities

• Driving and supporting the development of the Broadband roadmap
• Reviewing code and ensuring high-quality standards
• Ensuring best practices are fulfilled
• Liaising with the product owner and the team
• Participating actively in Agile Ceremonies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• Experience: 3+ years in Telco Industry
• Commercial Development: Django and Postgres
• Hands-on Experience:
  • Designing, developing, and deploying large-scale projects
  • Following iterative and agile SDLC
• Skills:
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Postgres, Migrations
  • Confidence in working with Gitflow and PEP 8
  • Experience with Agile software development life cycle
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player
