Job Title: Python Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities
- Write efficient modular and maintainable Python code adhering to coding standards Debug and resolve software defects and issues ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Work closely with architects and senior developers to contribute to the overall design and architecture of the software
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality Collaborate with QA engineers to develop comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing of code changes
- Document code processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
Required Skills
- Total 8 years of experience in technology engineering roles designing, developing, and maintaining software systems
- 4 years of proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on core development Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software design principles
- Proficiency in writing clean efficient and well documented
- Python code, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with version control systems preferably Git
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Nice to have Skills: Familiarity with CPython internals and Python interpreter mechanisms Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization techniques for Python applications Experience with concurrency and parallelism in Python
- Understanding of Python packaging and distribution mechanisms
- Proficient in Bigdata eco-system
- Proficient in Data Uploads and Adjustments

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
