Day 1 onsite from Mountain View, CA

Job Duties and Requirements

• Device test automation using Python scripts
• Utilize in-house test automation frameworks to automate manual test cases for consumer electronics devices
• Extend the test automation framework for specific requirements
• Understand existing manual test cases and quickly translate them to automated test cases
• Implement best practices, new tools, and technology to automate manual test cases
• Maintain test infrastructure and test beds to achieve high stability and availability
• Creating/updating designs using AutoCAD/SolidWorks

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience of writing test scripts and API test automation in Python
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience developing test automation for consumer electronics devices
• Android adb commands and log analysis experience is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, and Words processing
