Python App Developer – 6 Months Contract (Extension Available) - Hybrid – Glasgow

We are currently looking for a proficient Python App Developer to join our client for a contract position. If you possess a solid background in software application development, with experience in cloud or microservice architecture, and proficiency in Python or PySpark, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Python or PySpark.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Airflow, Astronomer, Kubernetes, AWS, Spark, Kafka.
• Experience with Big Data solutions or Relational DB.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a cloud or microservice architecture.
• Hands On practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.

• Location: Glasgow, Scotland (Hybrid)
• Contract Length: Initial 6 months (Extension Available)
