TMHCC Stop Loss, a $2 Billion division within TMHCC, leads the way in providing medical stop loss insurance sold to employers. Medical Stop Loss provides an added layer of insurance protection to employers who choose to self-fund their health benefit plans. Self-funding can incur risks from catastrophic claims, and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.

Hybrid work position with 3 days at our Kennesaw Office and 2 days remote.

Position Summary:

This position will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Defines system scope, documents requirements, and develops, or modifies moderately complex information systems. Designs, encodes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs throughout the product life cycle. Acts as user liaison to resolve system issues and writes reports according to user or management requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business users to identify current business operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
  • Document business user processes and create specifications for coding systems or programs, including the data sources to be utilized.
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain those programs throughout the product life cycle.
  • Review, analyze, and modify programming systems by encoding, testing, debugging, and installing systems and programs which support organization's business processes.
  • Integrate programs with other systems in the organization.

Education, Experience & Knowledge:

Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

Analysis and Design

  • Minimum 5 years .NET/C# development.
  • Minimum 5 years Python development
  • MVC, ASP.NET Core and WinForms
  • Interfacing with Web Services
  • JSON ,HTML 5 , Javascript Frameworks , WCF Services
  • SQL Reporting Services / Power BI

Preferred

  • OKTA (SAML, OAUTH 2.0)
  • SSL Certificates
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Azure

Knowledge

  • Possess and have ability to apply knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company's business to proactively respond to changing business environment
  • Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
