Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analyst & Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge proactive engine solution. This platform will be instrumental in identifying customer churn risks, optimizing user journeys, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ Year of overall IT Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python programming, data analysis and solution architecture
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data-driven solutions
• Expertise in BigQuery, including data modeling, querying, and scripting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in large datasets
• Experience with machine learning concepts and familiarity with applying them to real-world problems (a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for innovation and a desire to build solutions that drive business value
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Experience in a customer-centric environment
