We're seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in enterprise software development and a deep understanding of Linux systems, Python coding, and virtualized environments.
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing the core components of this company's cloud platform. Here's what you'll be working on:
- Enterprise Software Development: Leverage your extensive experience (10-15+ years) to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions. Participate in requirment analysis, design, and design reviews.
- Linux Expertise: Demonstrate a strong command of Linux systems, with a deep understanding of Linux internals.
- Python Coding Skills: Showcase your proficiency in Python coding to build and optimize key components of our platform. Develop and maintain python libraries
- Virtualized Environments: Apply your expertise in virtualization technologies to enhance the performance and efficiency of our cloud solutions.
- Networking Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of networking principles, DHCP, and DNS to contribute to the development of highly available and resilient systems.
Profile
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10-15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
Exceptional Linux expertise with a solid understanding of Linux internals.
Proficient in Python coding for developing and maintaining software solutions.
Hands-on experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-v, etc).
Strong understanding of networking principles, DHCP, and DNS.
