Job Responsibilities

• Manage the software development team's daily activities
• Work with different teams to create new features and products
• Conduct performance reviews and address any issues
• Help the company grow by building a strong team
• Develop new web application features using templates and standard protocols
• Work on backend services development
• Follow best engineering practices like CI/CD, QA, and code reviews
• Perform acceptance testing

Minimum Experience

• Strong experience using Python
• Experience deploying to either AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience designing complex data processing systems
• Skilled in writing clear code and conducting code reviews
• Willingness to learn new coding languages

Nice to Have

• Experience with frameworks like AIOHTTP, FastAPI, etc.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Experience working within a start-up and highly regulated industry
