Job Description
For one of my clients, I'm currently looking for a Medior/Senior Software Engineer in The Hague. This company works the aviation industry developing high-end technology.
In this position, you collaborate with diverse project teams to address intricate challenges in composite manufacturing. Your focus within these teams is on software representation, where you strategize, design, execute, and roll out automation solutions. Your responsibilities include creating software solutions that drive composite production machinery, streamline work preparation, and manage the data output produced by our robotic systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing, constructing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and dependable Python code.
- Identifying bottlenecks and bugs within the codebase and devising effective solutions to address these issues.
- Assisting in maintaining the overall code quality, organization, and automation processes.
- Collaborating with other departments to address technical challenges, including software system design and maintenance.
- Communicating with the Product Owner to gain insights into limitations or capabilities related to software development.
- Providing guidance and direction for testing and validation procedures.
- Offering direction for software programming and facilitating the development of comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
- Between 2-6 years of relevant working experience on Python
- BsC or MCs in Computer Science, Software engineering etc.
- Experience in automation
- Docker
- Understanding of embedded systems design and low-level hardware interactions
- Good organizational and time management skills
