Lead Software Engineer (Senior & Self-Guided/ Management Track)

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Chicago - Loop

Full Relocation

Base Salary 150k - 200k + 50% bonus

Brief Overview Of The Position

• Develop data pipelines and integrations to CRIMS
• Provide support to the backed using Pandas
• Architecture, Design & Development
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative portfolio managers & analysts, etc.

Skills & Experience

• CRIMS (OMS, EMS) Understanding
• Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Trading Systems or similar
• Python, C#, Java, OO Azure
• BS in computer science or related
• 10 years of experience developing software
• Ability to clearly articulate the approach, process, and results in a front-facing environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Responsibility, integrity, and a passion for your work
• Must be willing to interact with others, share ideas, and work collectively
