Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific problems or enhance existing products.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/validation pipelines using Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Utilize deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch to build and optimize neural network architectures for various tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, or time series analysis.
• Conduct thorough performance evaluations and fine-tuning of machine learning models to ensure optimal accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning research and incorporate relevant techniques or methodologies into our development process.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning components into production systems and ensure seamless functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Solid proficiency in Python programming and software development best practices.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience applying various algorithms and techniques to real-world problems.
• Proficiency in popular machine learning libraries/frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like NumPy, pandas, and matplotlib.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
