Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Linux Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves installing, integrating, monitoring, and configuring Linux-based systems. Responsibilities include system maintenance, security management, and troubleshooting to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, integrate, and manage Linux-based systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Enhance system performance and reliability
  • Maintain system security and apply necessary updates
  • Develop system documentation and disaster recovery procedures
  • Perform backup operations and implement data protection processes
  • Maintain system standards and track configurations
  • Collaborate with network engineers and software developers
  • Provide technical support and guidance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Linux systems administration experience
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl
  • Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, system testing, and performance tuning
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
