Responsibilities
- Leading diverse technology projects and a team of developers
- Staying updated with technology trends and mentoring engineering community members
- Collaborating with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions
- Utilizing various programming languages and tools such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and AWS services
Qualifications
Basic qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in cloud computing. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree, 7+ years of experience in relevant programming languages, 3+ years of cloud service experience, 4+ years of open source framework experience, and 2+ years of Agile practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- The annual salary for this role in New York City ranges from $197,400 to $225,300 for a Lead Software Engineer
- Performance based incentive compensation is also available
