Job Title: Lead Python Engineer (Cloud Migration exp. - GCP)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 13+ Months with possible extension/conversion
As a Lead Python Engineer, you will be doing below responsibilities:
- Design and build high performing and scalable migration data pipelines for data migration from on-premise to Google Cloud Platform.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high visibility Google cloud computing initiatives and hybrid environments.
- Use advanced knowledge and experience with current tools (BigQuery, Airflow, GCS, Dataplex, GCP tools) to implement cloud ready data Applications.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
- 3+ years of Google Cloud development experience, including BigQuery and Cloud Composer
- 3+ years of experience with building, deploying and securing cloud platforms
- 3+ years of experience in designing and engineering cloud native solutions
- 5+ years of Python experience
- 2+ years of Agile experience
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
The ideal candidate will have: strong focus on successfully migrating data to Google Cloud Platform while ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.

Pay Range*:
Between $80 - $95 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
