Requirements

• 10+ years of Python development expertise within technology-forward enterprises, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or decision-making capacity.
• Exceptional track record in the finance sector, with a strong understanding of industry challenges and how to address them through technology.
• Proficiency with advanced machine learning concepts, distributed systems, and processing large-scale data assets.
• Commitment to software craftsmanship, valuing clean, reusable code, automated deployments, and a test-driven development mindset.
• Adept with modern web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) coupled with advanced database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• A high-level academic background with degrees in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Hands-on experience with contemporary container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Mastery over current software architecture trends, including microservices and async messaging or event-driven systems.

• Insight Global is currently looking for a Sr. Lead Python Developer for a Hedge Fund located in Boca Raton, FL. This individual will drive digital transformation within the dynamic environment of our client's finance-centric organization.
