The Purpose

The Involvement
You will be involved in developing and supporting state-of-the-art solutions on socially relevant topics such as AML, Counter Terrorism Financing, Fraud, Sanctions, and their global implementation.
We aim to provide customers with an optimal KYC experience while staying compliant and managing risks globally. You will collaborate with market-leading vendors and thought leaders in various domains.
You will work with colleagues from diverse disciplines, geographies, and backgrounds.
The Team
- The Delivery Tribe consists of Squads, built from high-performing teams of 5 to 9 people.
- Squads are self-steering, autonomous, and multi-disciplinary teams with a fixed mission and purpose.
- Team members are dedicated to the Squad and possess expertise to deliver their purpose.
- Squads prioritize delivery through a backlog.
Roles And Responsibilities
You ensure the AML application is secure, stable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Install, configure, and implement JuypterHub, an Open Source Component.
- Automate deployments and testing.
- Proactively maintain and operate the application.
- Integrate the TMA application in the Banks application landscape.
- Work in a cross-border agile squad and contribute to continuous improvement.
How To Succeed
- Python language & software development experience is a must.
- Design, develop, and implement automated tests using Python.
- Expertise in SQL & PL-SQL to write complex and efficient queries.
- Understand CI/CD tools from Azure and configuration management tools.
- Exposure to libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Scipy, etc.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages like C# and Java.
- Understand software development cycle best practices and design patterns.
- Familiar with Agile concepts such as Scrum and Kanban.
